DOM'S FIRST SWEAR WORD

Yep, Dominik did it! He said his first swear word the other day. Corey was watching this show about repo men and what not and this man who was a midget got his car towed so he started saying dammit. Well of course Dominik had to copy him and say it too. I told him that's a bad word so he shouldn't be saying it and his reply was "but that little boy on the TV said it." I told him that's not a little boy, it's a really short man. So now he says dang it instead. I guess it could have been a worse word! haha

Camping and The Coast

Well Dominik has been a busy little man. He got to go camping with Corey and his best friend and their kids while I worked, then right after that we headed to the OR coast for a couple days. We had a blast although the time went way too quickly. The weather was amazingly warm for the coast and Dom got to ride bumper cars and a little train.
Corey and I finally for surely decided on Autumn Rayne Meyer for the baby. I thought it was pretty and it's not too common. And oh yeah, I suprised Dom with 2 dwarf hamsters named Max and Ruby after his favorite show. They are really cute and he loves them. I will post pics of them later since I forgot.
Other than that, it's getting really hot outside and my body doesn't like it. I'm already huge and the sleepless nights are kicking into high gear, plus I got my first charlie horse last night which was excruciating. I hate those things! Anyhow, enjoy the pics.

BATH TIME

Ok, so Dom loves bubble baths and a couple days ago he was in there and he called for me and Corey to come into the bathroom. We walk in there and this is what we found. Dominik stood there laughing his head off. I don't know where kids get these ideas, but it's too cute and funny not to share.

WORK EXCITEMENT

Ok, so last Wed me and another girl were at work just chatting in my office. We received an email about a mother and son from the Middle East who are targeting soldiers in the WA, ID area. We were looking at their photos when Malts (supply sergeant) stated it would be cool if they came in here as she had always wanted to try out her duress code in the arms room. Not 5 minutes later did an older lady dressed in nothing but a bathing suit and a black leather jacket come in here screaming hello. Malts asked if we could help her and she came in here and was obviously mentally unstable, on drugs, or a combo of both. She was also shaking and talking really loud. She said she didn't have any money but wanted to show her appreciation to the Guard and she handed Malts a tied up trash bag with something in it, and it smelled funny. Then she starts telling Malts how beautiful she is and she's so pretty she could just eat her. By then I had my phone ready to call 911. Then the lady asked for a business card, but we didn't have any so we gave her the recruiters since he's gone. haha. Then she started showing us tattoos of Lucifer and other crazy stuff she had and she said her fiance is outside watching us and he takes care of her. Malts asked he if she was ok and she said she was mentally unstable. Finally, we got rid of her and I called the cops because this lady should not be out walking the streets and who knows what's in the smelly trash bag. They came and opened the bag and it was a cardboard map full of all the state quarters. haha. They told us this lady is mentally ill and she has gone to other businesses before giving away her things. They then left and went out looking for her, but not sure if she was ever found or not. It's funny now, but she was extremely creepy and out of it so hopefully she doesn't return. Boy are people amusing!

Baby Update

Here are a few pics of Dominik at the Asotin County Fair. The fair was really small and pretty lame, but Dom got to go on a few rides anyway and had fun. Here he is drivin his car!
I don't know why that one pic went sideways, but I'm too lazy to try and fix it.

I had a baby appointment today and we got to listen to the heartbeat. As the doctor was pushing around my stomach trying to find the heart beat, she mentioned that my uterus felt like I was 16 or 17 weeks pregnant, not 13 like we thought! This means I get to have an ultra

sound on Monday to verify her findings. I'm excited because I had a feeling I was further along than they thought, but the miscarriage caused things in my body to be unreliable. Plus, I'm huge already and I was depressed thinking about how huge I would be when the baby's due, but this would all make sense. June 4th is the big day when we find out the sex. I think it's a boy, but Corey and Dom are hoping for a girl, so we will see. Anyhow, I will keep you updated on the baby news. Let's hope I really am a month further ahead than we thought!

A True Big Fish Story

So, there I was fishing in Winchester, Idaho. About 5 minutes prior I had caught a nice trout. Then again, another fish but holy cow, what a strong trout this was. Well, just as I had it near the shore Corey and I realized why I was having such a hard time with a little trout....it wasn't a trout at all but instead a 2 ft long, approx 25 pound musky!! He was huge and just as I gave Corey my pole so he could attempt to get this guy on land, my line broke! It was sad and I have no proof to back up my story, but this is most likely the biggest fish I will ever catch!

Dominik had a good time but had trouble holding the pole still in order to catch a fish. When Corey or I would catch one, he would belp reel it in and get it off the hook though. It was a greaet day and the weather was perfect and hey, now we have dinner!
